What is the Expiry Replacement Guarantee?
We want every single customer to feel comfortable keeping extra bottles of MoxxiMins™ on hand without ever having to worry about wasting money if a bottle goes unused before it expires.
With the Expiry Replacement Guarantee, we will replace any unused MoxxiMins™ bottles that are within 1 (one) month or past their expiration date for just the cost of shipping.

What orders qualify for the Expiry Replacement Guarantee?
All orders placed through our MoxxiMins Bulk Orders qualify for the replacement program.
Do I need to have a MoxxiTech online account?
Yes! All customers are required to have an active MoxxiTech account to purchase the MoxxiMins Bulk Order and to request any replacements. Create an account here.
How do I receive my replacement?
- Fill out the form found at the bottom of this page. Make sure to include your order number, the number of MoxxiMins you need replaced, and the associated lot number(s). Please contact us if you need help finding any of the required information.
- After reviewing your submission, a unique coupon code for the replacement bottles will be emailed to the address associated with your account.
- Add the MoxxiMins bottles your account, apply the coupon code, and check-out as normal.
- A return shipping label will be included with your new order. Once received, please re-use the packaging to return the unused, expired MoxxiMins bottles. Failure to return the unused bottles within 30 days of receiving the replacements will result in your account being charged the full retail amount for each bottle sent.
